Thank You for Being a Part of Canoe ‘26

To everyone who joined us for Canoe ‘26 in Dartmouth, thank you for being part of an unforgettable celebration of paddling.

Over two incredible weeks, we were proud to welcome the world’s best Masters, Junior and U23 athletes to Canada. From inspiring performances on the water to unforgettable moments onshore, Canoe ‘26 was about so much more than racing;
it was about bringing our global paddling community together and creating memories that will last long after the final race.

Whether you competed, coached, volunteered, officiated, cheered from the grandstands, or supported the event behind the scenes, you helped make Canoe ‘26 what it was. The energy, sportsmanship and hospitality shown throughout the championships truly showcased the very best of our sport — and of Halifax.

An event of this scale takes an incredible team, and Canoe ‘26 would not have been possible without the passion and commitment of our volunteers, officials, staff, sponsors, partners, athletes, coaches, families and fans. Thank you for giving your time, sharing your enthusiasm and showing up for our sport.

Thank you for your leadership, collaboration and countless hours of work behind the scenes. Bringing championships of this magnitude to Lake Banook was a true team effort, and we are incredibly proud of what we accomplished together.
